Ti/Gold Lift-Off

NNF Staff has recently demonstrated the first successful Ti/Gold lift-off process in the new 6" E-Beam Evaporator.  The successful process recipe was used to deposit a stack of 20 nm Ti and 100 nm Au.  This is the first successful result using the new water cooled chuck, which was designed by the NNF staff and manufactured by the Precision Engineering machine shop of NCSU.  Congratulations to everyone involved in the project!
